In August, you were introduce
to Robin Rettie , a first time GHCASA presenter. She delivered a clear,
methodical and uncomplicated approach to having a meaningful school year. It was
a lively, interactive meeting.
Special thanks to Eladia and to Carol Sue
for your contributions to this discussion. Robin also brought a sampling of
resources from Lighthouse Learning and Resource. We drew more names for free
registration at the Texas State Autism Conference.
We plan to have one
more drawing prior to the State Conference. The drawing will take place at our
annual picnic and pool party on September 17, 201. As usual the Chapter will
provide music, meat/sandwiches, drinks and paper goods. I hope to see you there.
